Sales Manager – Carpet Cushion Products

Fairless Hills, PA

We are in search of a high-performing Sales Manager, who is looking to join our great team in the Fairless Hills, PA region. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Manager who is comfortably selling higher-end upgrades and knows how to separate their team from the pack. This Manager will lead a team of Sales People while working closely with the local manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the company’s product line.
  • Understand our strengths and product portfolio in depth.
  • Identify and target sales leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and Future Foam Stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with strong communication.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop new accounts by understanding the client’s needs.
  • Responsible for Sales forecasting.
  • Manage, coach and develop, the overall performance of your sales team.
  • Responsible for managing a well-established sales territory as well as developing new accounts.
  • Meet face-to-face with existing and potential customers regularly to understand needs and propose value-added solutions
  • Budget and allocate commitments efficiently to maximize outcomes.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attend training seminars, meetings, and merchandising updates.
  • Maintain constant communication with Sales Director and Plant Manager.
  • Overnight travel as required (40-60%)- Travel expense reimbursement.


  • Industry sales experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience (preferred)
  • 3 years in Sales Management managing sales professionals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (PowerBI experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Business to business sales experience a plus.
  • A track record of personal sales success.
  • A strong track record of new account development (preferred).
  • A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong moral compass.
