At Future Foam, safety, quality and responsible manufacturing are fundamental to the way we serve our customers. Family owned since 1958, we develop and manufacture foam materials for bedding, furniture, flooring, consumer products and a wide range of specialized applications.

 

Our products are made to meet clearly defined customer specifications and the requirements applicable to their intended uses. Across our network of facilities, we work to maintain consistent manufacturing practices, support product traceability and provide customers with the documentation they need to evaluate compliance.

Fire Safety and Product Compliance

Fire safety requirements can vary according to the product, its construction, its intended application and the market in which it is sold. Future Foam works with customers to understand those requirements and to manufacture applicable products in accordance with agreed specifications.

 

Depending on the product and application, supporting documentation may address relevant flammability requirements, testing, product construction or other applicable safety standards. Because individual facilities may manufacture different products and serve different markets, compliance information is organized by manufacturing location.

 

Documentation available through this page should be reviewed in connection with the specific product for which it was issued. A document associated with one product, construction or manufacturing location should not be assumed to apply to every Future Foam product.

 

Find the Appropriate Facility Documentation

To locate the correct fire safety or compliance documentation, select the manufacturing facility associated with the product being researched. The place of manufacture may appear on the product label, law label, invoice, packing slip or other product records.

Each facility link will provide access to the current documents available for products manufactured at each location.
Individual documents should identify the facility, product or product category, applicable standard, and effective date or testing period where appropriate.

Questions or Additional Documentation?

If you are unsure which facility manufactured a product, cannot locate the document you need or require information for a specific product or application, please contact your Future Foam representative. Providing the product name or description, manufacturing location, lot or production information, and a copy of the product label will help us identify the appropriate documentation.
