Summary Description

We are in search of a Sales Representative for the Fairless Hills, PA region. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base plus commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire extensive knowledge of the company’s product line.
  • Identify and target sales leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop new accounts by understanding the client’s needs.
  • Sales forecasting.
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes.
  • Attend training seminars, meetings and merchandising updates.
  • Maintain constant communication with Regional Sales Manager and Plant Manager.
  • Overnight travel as required (30-60%)- Travel reimbursement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. (PowerBI experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Business to business sales experience a plus.
  • A track record of personal sales success.
  • A strong track record of new account development (preferred).
  • A clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
